RETIRED

North Attleboro, MA-August 1, 2006-Leach & Garner Company would like to extend its best wishes to Richard Dulude and Marinko Markic in their retirement as of June 30, 2006. Mr. Dulude gave 45 wonderful years to L&G in numerous capacities, including General Foreman and most recently, Production Supervisor. He plans to enjoy retirement with his wife. Mr. Markic spent a total of 24 years with L&G, joining L&G Canada in 1982 and as Director of Process and Mechanical Engineering in North Attleboro, MA since 1993. He will continue to consult for L&G, but plans to return to Canada, along with his wife, to enjoy his retirement. Their contributions, too numerous to mention, will remain forever appreciated by the Leach family.

NEW HIRE

Leach & Garner Company welcomes the return of Maureen McAvoy as Human Resources Manager. Ms. McAvoy was previously employed by L&G as Human Resources Generalist and was most recently employed at CertainTeed as Human Resources Manager/Safety Coordinator. Her education includes an Associates degree in Business from Bay Path College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bryant College. Ms. McAvoy will report directly to Edwin F. Leach, III, President, CEO and Owner.
